Cinnamon Sugar Toast
There are few foods I grew up eating and this cinnamon sugar toast was one of them. My babysitter used to make it for me as an afternoon snack. On cold winter days, after the walk home from school, there were few snacks I looked forward to as much as this one. Cinnamon Sugar Toast
Yields 2 pieces of toast
2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Butter, for spreading
Toast the bread.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. When toast is done, butter the bread and heavily sprinkle the toast in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Now, eat.

I believe last time I ate this I replaced the sugar with Truvia and made this into a healthy recipe, without any sacrifice on flavour.
